The American Psychological Association’s 2008 survey of Stress in America shows that although everyone is experiencing the effects of stress from the economy, women face the physical and emotional effects to a greater extent.

Other health issues are related to stress such as headaches, stomach issues, high blood pressure and panic attacks and even your immunity can be affected by stress.

Many people are told they need to Relax so they can de-stress but the problem is that getting a massage or taking a day off feels good but does nothing to get to the core issue that is causing the stress. That’s just treating the symptom and not the cause.
