Are you living your own life, or someone else’s idea of your life?
Whether you own your own business, are self-employed or you work for someone else or a large corporation you have within you the power and the ability to create the life you would really enjoy living without frustration, depression, anger, envy, jealousy, and without hurting other people that you love. When you live from the Core You, the life you create in each moment is inspired with hope and joy and love; not pain, heartache, fear, anxiety and frustration.
Feeling like you can barely make it through another day leaves you in a state of constant overwhelm and every spark of energy is spent just trying to survive the day. This kind of life is focused on the “doing” state rather that the “being” state. You are a human being not a human doing. Focusing on the “doing” results in a lack of attention to the Core You. You spend all your time trying to figure out what to “do” next. This is because we were never taught that we hold all the answers to all our questions, dreams, and aspirations within us. And if we were told that all our answers lie within, we were never taught how to access them.
Naturally most people do not even realize there is a Core You but the truth is, you are not your body and you are not your mind. The Core You is what animates the body and the mind and when you access the Core You through deep, cellular, vibrational Relaxation, you combine these elements for access to your true power and light and align yourself with the Source of All There Is. Now you are living from your true power and all that you “do” is inspired and you begin to see your desires appear in your life to your great pleasure and delight. No more chasing after what you want and always coming up short of your goal. Living from the Core You allows your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and beliefs to line up so that what you want is drawn to you. Now you watch as serendipity, coincidence, and chance bring the people, places, and events into focus right before you eyes. Yes, you truly are that powerful!
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”
“It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” -by Marianne Williamson from A Return To Love: Reflections on the Principles of A Course in Miracles.

Love is in the Air.
How often do you lament that you wish you had someone special in your life; someone to share your hopes and dreams with; someone to share your love with and to hold and to cherish? The most important thing we can do for ourselves or anyone else is to love them. The old saying goes: If you want more love you have to give more love. And I believe that saying is true and I also know that you cannot be the person that someone else will love and cherish if you do not love and cherish yourself.
Many of the people I have coached have wanted more love in their lives and the hardest thing for them to understand is that they cannot fully love another until they can love themselves. Self love seems to be the most difficult kind of love. There are hundreds of reasons why; such as past experiences of being dumped by a previous boy/girl friend, or parents constantly reminding you of your shortcomings, or you constantly reminding yourself of your shortcomings, or feelings of simply not measuring up at work or in other relationships.
Our brains have a tendency to remember the negative things that have occurred in our lives and the negative things people have said much more readily than the positive things. In my coaching, people talk to me about the negative things they say to themselves all the time: “You’re so stupid; Why would anyone love you?; You’re not even pretty/handsome; People always abandon you; You’re not loveable; You make me sick.” They also tell me over and over again that they want to stop the flow of negativity in their thoughts.
Again, if you can’t love yourself how can you love someone else?
The most important relationship you will have in your lifetime is the one you have with yourself.
Without a doubt, the work you do to help eliminate the negative talk within yourself will do more to bring you all the love you desire than any amount of plastic surgery or new clothes. If you could only see yourself for who you really are, a magnificent being of light. I believe that Eric Butterworth put it best:
“You are a rich and creative spiritual being. You can never be less than this. You may frustrate yourself but within you now and always is the unborn possibility of a limitless experience of inner stability and outer treasure, and yours is the privilege of giving birth to it. And you will, if you can believe.” from Spiritual Economics: the Principles and Process of True Prosperity.
Believe in yourself and Love yourself! Love Deeply.
